How about some new procs not every thing has to be about a DK/SORC/NB

shaman's warmail
2: +weapon and spell damage
3: +max health
4: +max magicka and stamina
5: 50% chance when attacking an enemy further than 15 meters away to unleash a frostshock, dealing x frost damage and applying chilled. This effect can occur once every 6 seconds.
