Is that a bug. I thought empower was suppose to strengthen your next attack. One would think that if it was an aoe everyone hit would take 20% more damage.0 -

No Idea if it's a bug or not.
Empower has been a single target buff for as long as I can remember. On top of that some skills can't even be empowered lol. Actually I don't think proxy det can be empowered at all, not even on 1 target, nor can blazing shield or subterranean assault/ deep fissure.

Can confirm, proxy doesnt consume empower, but tether does. Haven't tested if it empowers against multiple targets or not. Guess a trio of test dummies would be a good way to find out.Light Attack Hero
