New Wardrobe/Style Parlour content?

Wondered how often the Wardrobe and Style Parlour sections of the Store were refreshed? Feels like a lot of the costumes have been there for many, many months now. I get that there is an occasional limited-time introduction to that section, but is there ever a bulk/mass change of costumes and hairstyles, etc?

Usually after a content patch or monthly as part of the crown store reveal. There has been a greater trend of time limited crown store stuff lately as well.
