How to advance Guild daily/repeatable quest region

I didn't know quite how to word the title so I'll explain. When you start a new character and you accept a guild daily it will be in your first faction region (Auridon/Glenumbra/Stonefalls), but for most if not all of my characters I cannot unlock the next region until after some random trigger, or reaching level 50. I gave up doing the dailies on most characters because there was no point in revisiting the same public dungeon for the Mages Guild, or destroying the same dolmens.

I have a new character now, just turned level 16. They haven't done any of the Main/Fighters/Mages questlines, but the first quest of each is active. I go back everyday for a daily and it will always be Auridon. At the moment I am doing the repeatable quests for the Thieves Guild and Dark Brotherhood. All of their quests were in Auridon until I reached level 15, then the DB quests started being in Grahtwood, and when I reached 16 the TG quests moved to Grahtwood. Strange that they weren't the same level, but I have no other info on this.

So does anyone know about the Fighters/Mages guilds? Do they advance when you advance through their questlines? I would test it but I finished their dailies today so I can only report tomorrow. Also I wasn't sure which terms to search the forums for to find a similar topic, so if this has been answered and explained I would appreciate a link.

As far as I have been able to determine, it is related to your main-line quest region and progression.

Seems to be a hang-over from before One Tamriel.

It is tied to what areas you have been to as far as I can tell.

I have had two characters doing dailies off and on. One had never left her alliance zones and for Thieves Guild dailies would only be sent to those zones. The second character started doing them after the New Life Festival but before completing her alliance quest line and she was being sent all over the map. Once the first character also did the New Life Festival she started being sent all over the place too.

Hope that helps. At least you've got two ideas that can be tested out.

Thanks for the replies but it seems those suggestions don't check out. I still haven't done any main/faction quests, and I always visit a lot of zones early on just to unlock some wayshrines. Now today my fighters guild daily moved to Grahtwood, so I guess that was tied to reaching level 16 aswell.

It is related to your character level. So, in rough terms, up to L10 would be Zone 1, up to L20 would be zone 2 etc. It probably is not an exact lock step, but it's close. You might get all 5 zones opened before you get to L50.

So, level your character if you want dailies somewhere else. In the meantime, take solace in that your not running all over the place to do them.
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

From what I can tell it’s by level and faction.

Progression seems to follow how they setup the zones before.

For EP, I think it goes Stonefalls 1-10, Deshaan 10-20, Shadowfen 20-30.

Its a holdover from before One Tamriel that ZOS kept because they didn't want to confuse new players by making them range all over the map. The new zones for dailies should unlock at roughly the same points as those zones opened to players before One Tamriel.

After level 50, you should start getting dailies for all the zones.

Yes they do, also youll level them up via a external means
Fighters guild: kiling any daerda, sewers and dolmens are the quickest.
Mages guilds: lore books, the 2nd worst grind in the game.
Plus the dailies quest in each zones capital can help a little (ghratwood, mournhold and wayrest)
