Heavy attack bug on xbox

I was parsing on my stam dk yesterday before a trial and my heavy attacks were not going off. When it’s not bugged I can hold the right trigger and heavy attacks will automatically fire continuously. When I get the bug i hold the trigger, get one heavy attack off and animations stop. This was driving me absolutely insane as it alwayses seemed to happen mid parse and totally messing up the rotation. It was also happening in group parse and in vmaw.
