XBOX issue with bar swapping.. ie its not working at all.

My magsorc character cp900 (just saying the cp so i dont get the "you need to be level 15" reply) has suddenly become broken, it cannot bar swap at all. There has been no changes to the build at all since the patch and right after the patch the problem was not occurring, it just appeared yesterday. All attempts i can think of at fixing this issue have been tried and the problem still exists, thanks

I am having the same issue and it is only on one character, not all.

Platform: Xbox One
Server: North America
Gamertag: KataclyzmiK
Character: Klyzx
Level: 20

Issues:

• Weapon swap doesn't work.
• Can't assign skills on the skill screen. Weapon swap option doesn't work here either
• When assigning a weapon to backup main hand and off hand, the main hand weapon remains checked and will show checked when looking at main hand and off main hand.

Note: I recently reset my skills and attributes at the alter and this is when I noticed the issue. Had no issues prior to resetting skills and attributes. This is only happening on one character. On my other character I'm able to do weapon swap.

So I tried to log this on the support page and create a ticket so I could reference a ticket number.

I entered in my issue under bugs and when I hit the submit button it didn't generate any feedback or create a ticket. Is the support page not used to log issues?

My character is basically at 50% because I can only use a limited number skills.

could you please check if your character that is affected can actually enter sneak? mine can't but i've only just realised.

Well I tried to reset my attributes thinking this may have been the cause. No luck.

Not much fun playing a character with only five action buttons available.

Very disappointed that I can't get a response. Clearly my character is bugged.

I hope to hear something soon or I'll cancel my plus subscription and move on.

Not a great impression for a returning customer.

I agree wirh you, I logged a ticket via the games "help" UI ingame which lets you submit a ticket, not so much as an auto reply from it and that was over 24 hours ago.

I can confirm this issue! Have the same problem on several characters.. also heard it from guild mates that it is not properly working. This is for me one of the main issue since months and I cant understand why they havent fixed it yet! It literaly ruins the game.. Xbox EU

Yes, the bar swapping issue is breaking the game.
