Chat Channels Still Disappearing on Xbox

MugahumpftamumpfSoul ShrivenI have the same problem and it’s ruining the game for me. It randomly freezes chat channels and the only way to reset it is to close the application and reload. It means I can do trials as I get kicked; so it’s ruined the end game in effect. I can’t pvp group. I can’t even be Involved in auctions as halfway through the bidding the stuffing mic drops out.
I’ve tried every setting on the PS4, changed every option and port settings on the router. This is the only game I have any issue with, so it MUST be software related. Also, I know the mic works as it connects for about five minutes before it drops out.
It’s ruined my experience after several years enjoying ESO. I logged several support tickets back last year and nothing was ever resolved.
Can and will anything ever be done about this?
Voice chat is essential to the online experience, without it, this game loses a massive amount of enjoyment.

OleResinHead✭✭✭C'mon man this is ridiculous, you guys have a big staff but can't even fix issues like chat disappearing. The game has been out for 2+ years. You need to fix chat so my chat channels stop disappearing. If fallout 76 has a support team like the one ESO has, that game is doomed from the start.

✭Still broken. ZOS is either incapable or uninterested in fixing the primary means of social interaction in a social MMO. Grade-A geniuses there.
I'm seriously never buying anything from ZOS ever again. These people are unworthy of the money we continually pour into their bank accounts.0 -

Tendoshii✭✭✭So I’ve got this problem. Whenever I get invited to a group and then I try to go view the crown store, it disappears. Every crown store I try to view disappears. It only fixes itself if I do a hard reset but by that time, it’s just really disheartening and I don’t feel like going back to the crown store.
(Psst...this isn’t really about the crown store, but I gotta get Zos’s attention somehow...)1 -

Because it's not. Building a video game is hard. Managing/tinkering/modding one is not. The team they've got now did not build the game; they're just glorified modders. Nobody there even knows how the nuts and bolts work anymore. That why they break 50 things every patch and are incapable of fixing simple engine bugs. As far as engine stability goes, every patch this team puts out is like adding another half-baked third party mod. Also an issue is leaving or entering a delve in Cyrodiil has a chance to remove you from your chat channel. Which means you have to join it again and risk losing it.0
