Group Event area in Rkindaleft exhibits deformed animation for Implicative Compellers.

So, this has actually been here for a long time, but there's two objects in the group event in Rkindaleft in Wrothgar that exhibit some pretty wonky animation/graphics when activated. This happens with two of the Implicative Compellers.
It looks like it's trying to do the spinning fan thing, like the two other interactables in this room, but there is no fan to spin so it's using a different part of the mesh. If you look closely at the very bottom of the object as it's activated, you can see which section of the mesh is being stretched and deformed.
