Can't roll out of negates?

I'm in cyro and cannot roll out of negates. I could swear I used to be able to do that. Is this a bug or a new aspect of it?

Well there should be a counter to doge rolling medium builds.

Stoney_McGeee✭✭✭Usually someone is spamming a hard CC and soft CC if it’s a good negater, the way to counter it, is purges/ purify and hit some rapids.(Soulless Knights)
