Housing Furniture Placement Glitch?

Is anyone else experiencing the issue where you can no longer scroll furnishings in or out and they're basically stuck flat to the floor or shooting off into the stratosphere if there's nothing in the way to stop them? I can no longer sink items into the ground etc or hang lights / braziers off kilter positions. Just wondering if this is a global issue or if I should put in a ticket.

I've noticed it occasionally but it's not an every time thing for me. I can still partially embed things if I'm careful.

Was able to do this last week, haven't tried since then. I will when servers are up.
