Unchained Passive not working while in werewolf form

Unchained:
(Unlocks at The Lady Rank 120) Reduces the Stamina cost of abilities by 80% for 3 seconds after breaking free of a stun, knockdown, fear, disorient or stagger.
When you´re in werewolf form, this passive doesn´t work. This has been reported many times, but still no fix. All other passives in other CP-trees are active and is working while
in werewolf-form. This leaves two possible outcomes:
1. It´s intended (Even though nothing has been confirmed from ZOS, as far as I know)
2. It´s a bug (Same here, nothing has been confirmed from ZOS, as far as I know)
@ZOS_Wrobel @ZOS_GinaBruno Would be nice to have some updates if this is intended, or if it´s a bug that´s going to be fixed?
