Title says it all!
All 5 trader's located just outside Riften on PC-EU are showing as free but are not hireable.
I am presuming ofc that this is not just me having some weird visual bug, although one of my Guild's did try to hire them last night(Sunday) as we had lost our spot and was unable to.
