Magicka Sorc in need of help with 30k dps!

I'm going to get straight to the point so that somebody, hopefully, can help me. I feel like I am going mad, it's upsetting and irking me way more than it should, and I am worried about my losing my weekly trial spot (other sorcs are boasting 35-38k parses, and the stamina builds are way over 40k). I cannot, for the life of me, get my solo Mag Sorc DPS parse (since Dragon Bones) over 30k. I can -just- scratch 30k if I am lucky but it feels more like chance. Here is my set up:

Gear
Golden Divines Julianos (Light chest, legs, waist, gloves, boots.)
Golden Divines Ilambris (Medium Shoulders, Heavy Helm for Undaunted passives)
Golden Infallible Aether Necklace & Two Rings
All gear enchanted with Max Magicka, jewelery enchanted with spell power.

Weapons/Skills
Front Bar - Infallible Aether Infused Lightning Staff - Clench, Scamp, Shield (swapped for Ele Drain for parses) and Aegis. Destro Ele Rage Ulti.
Back Bar - Lightning Staff (Still waiting on a vMA to finally drop) - Liquid Lightning, Ele Blockade, Scamp, Daedric Prey and Aegis. Greater Atro Ulti

Other Details
All points (64) in Magicka
The Apprentice Mundus Stone
Spell Power/Crit Potions (with alchemy passives)
Ping of 110 (rural/countryside internet)

Rotation
(Destro Ulti at start, Atro used there after) Liquid Lightning > LA > Ele Blockade > LA > Pet > LA > Curse > (Swap with a LA) > HA > Clench > HA (swap/restart)

DPS Parse/Champion Points


Conclusion
Would anybody be able to take a look, please? I fear I am doing something fundamentally wrong, but thought I understood the game well enough by now to have caught onto it. I'm quite sick of feeling like dead-weight to my group at the moment, and I get the feeling people 'suffer' me. I don't want to change my class to be able to take part, that isn't how this should work. There must be something I can do?!

My setup is:
Ilambris, Siroria, Mother's Sorrow (Don't play petsorc so haven't farmed proper gear)

Bar setup:
Prey, Inner, Aegis, Pet1, Pet2 (or another DoT), Destro Ult
Blockade, Liquid, Shield, Pet1, Pet2 (Or Aegis), Atro

Rota is:
Liquid > la > Blockade > swap
la > Prey > ha > Pet1 > ha > Pet2/DoT > swap

hit a constant 40k+ on that, again wrong gear/cp.

Only thing I have is 81 in thaum for off balance and since most damage is aoe or dot, other tree's are pretty balanced.

Well, it was my way of wondering how the guy's progress is with his DPS. Apologies if I did something wrong. I do not even know what trolling means.
