Our healer drops it but we don't see the Synergy, same before patch as now. Xbox EU.
Does it only prompt when you are low health or?

It works but nobody actually knows when. Best answer was from 2015 saying when allies drop below 30%.
@ZOS_RichLambert would be really awesome if something could be said in the tooltip.1 -
