The 5 piece bonus of this set does not apply to Circle of Protection.
(5 items) Increases the duration of all Major buffs, Minor buffs, and damage shields you apply to yourself and allies by 40%.

Brand the earth at your location with a rune of protection for [17 / 18 / 19 / 20] seconds. You and your allies in the area gain Minor Protection and Minor Endurance, reducing your damage taken by 8% and increasing your Stamina Recovery by 10%.
I can see the argument that whilst the buff is cast on the ground it should not be increased by the set, the skill does apply to any friendly entering & standing in it. Not sure if this is a bug or working as intended.
