Going for Black Market Mogul. I know this has been posted a lot throughout the years, but I know stuff changes with patches, and I want to know if anyone has a decent route for this achievement. Not looking for gold loot, I want something that consistently gives decent stolen goods so I can sell higher everyday. Meaning, I'm not after your motifs, just want to know where the green+ stolen stuff drops more regularly.

117Dios✭✭✭In Vulkhel Guard's bank, or whatever its name is, there are a lot of containers where you can get good stuff. There are also some nobles and guards to pickpocket, and outside there are a lot of cultists to pickpocket. The outlaw refuge is right next to it so you can get in, launder something important and/or hide, go out and everything will be reset.3 -

✭✭✭✭✭Orsinium has a lot of houses with lootable containers and lone NPCs. But the only real method to getting that achievement is to consistently steal a bunch of stuff every day.0 -

✭You my friend must go to Dhalmora, the bank area has about 20 treasure boxes scattered very close with a quick respawn timer, the fastest rate of aquiring stolen items. Just have the gears with zero meters detection range and avoid peak time i.e. competition.PC EU (PL): 14 characters. ESO player since 06.08.2015. ✭✭✭✭✭Daggerfall harbour has been mentioned. All the ins around are also often quite good places to steal. There are also some places where you get stealables with no witnesses (often after some quest advancement relocates some NPC...)
And of course, pickpocketing near any harbor (so you can jump into the water if the guard comes after you) is always a possibility!
But in the end, yeah, there is no shortcut to this, the only way to get it is toil and daily thieving...0 -
firedrgn✭✭✭✭✭Pick pick stab the cultists in vulkel guard have the highest drop of blues i have found. You will need max lvl leger and theives and dark rother hood to make as painless as possible. Or just force locks on chests like others have said0
