Game sound dropping out on Xbox one

Hi! Before the Dragons bones DLC game sound would disappear in big add pulls in trials, especially HoF. Now it has gotten a lot worse. The sound is currently missing in all trials, dungons and the open world, its just coming back on rare occasions. I hear group chat, but all other game sounds are missing. Many of the people i play with are experiencing the same issues.

Same here -- happens all the time -- I have to clear my cache to get it to work by restarting the xbox. But even then it continues to drop off. I can still hear players in my guild chat channel, but no game audio. XBox NA server.

Happens to me in Cyrodiil in big fights sometimes and in Trials. I have not experienced it in open-world yet on Xbox NA but this is one bug that has been happening for a few months. Xbox NA

I've seen this happen a lot in the Arena in the Gold Coast (I'm on Xbox NA server). I figured it was due to heavy load for that server so I wasn't worried. It if is a choice between being disconnected and losing sound, I'll take the sound loss any day.

Off cause I'd much rather have my sound drop out than disconnects to the game, and the occasional drop outs in big add pulls wasn't a huge problem, but no sound at all is a bit annoying. So please look into this.

rather noticeable last night for the first time while running pledges... it got quiet... tooo quiet.
