Killed by a group mbr in dungeon and then could not que for 48 mins??

Hi there had a weird bug tonight in Volenfell dungeon my friend and i were killed said that we were killed by Valkyn Skoria and the players name, then we could not rez by wayshrine or by Gem.
We left group cause obviously its was bugged and then I could not queue again for 48 mins see screen shot below.
