How do you WISH vampires looked?

Yeah I know this is gonna bring the trolls out in force but I don't care. LOL Here's the skin I WISH we had available for vampires:



Yeah I know she's a Maomer (crosses finger for them as a playable race in Summerset expansion!) but just look at that lovely pale skin WITHOUT gross red veins that even Stage One has on vampires. No gross gray lips either. This with your character's NORMAL colored eyes (or even with a SLIGHTLY lit effect) would make me incredibly happy. With as many variatins in looks as the lore supports it's long past time that we got to have some variation options for vampires as well. Heck, I'd be happy to see them as skins in the crown store!

So...what do YOU wish you could have as an alternate look for your vampire?

Yeah, Maormer look cool.
I honestly like the look of vampires on some of my characters, I would maybe like the skin to be a bit more grey and a bit darker. But the best thing would be to have a way of hiding vampirism without skins, maybe just outside of combat to make it more logical and lore friendly.

Personally I think vampires should look as they do, like an undead creature. Frightening and supernatural. In fact I'd like them to look like Kurt Barlow from the 1970's Salem's Lot.

However, each to his own. I think there should be options to suit all tastes. And why such an option should bother other people and cause them to troll is beyond me.

I happen to think the vampire looks for ESO are a great choice... of course, I also think the vampire line ought to have a toggleable skill that allows vampires to hide their undead appearance (like count Ravenwatch does when you first encounter him in the rivenspire questline)

I just want my khajiit to keep his black fur and red face markings when he's a vampire. He already looks evil, but going vampire turns him quite the opposite:

Yeah I haven't ran vampirism on Khajiit or Argonians for just this reason. Like why does it suck every last pigment out of the fur//scales?

Personally the best Vampire aesthetic I've seen in a TES game was in Morrowind. Spooky scary. However if I had to describe how I would like a vampire to look I'd say beautiful but discomforting//unnerving. The current ESO vampire aesthetic is "lol pigmentation what's that?"

I think VtM:Bloodlines was the best vampire-themed rpg. It covers all vampire archetypes: from seductive decadent types and blood mages to hideous count Orlok copycats.
I really hope I will see something like this again... I know thats unlikely, but a girl can dream...

Like they do in Buffy: grotesque when doing their vamp thang (i.e. feeding), normal when "passing" among humans. I could do without the burning up while in sunlight thing, though.

I think the vampires are fine the way they are. you don't feed you gonna end up looking half dead I still think tattoo's should be more prominent though.

the only problem i have with vampires is that everything is whitewashed. Their skin gets pale but why do tattoos lose their colour also?

Fangs. Why don't vampires have fangs? I wouldn't mind either way if they were single and big or double and subtle. I do prefer the double subtle look but I'd be happy with any fangs at all. Toothless vampires remind me more of zombies than anything else.

Get that blinding bright marshmallow pink hue out of them. Whoever thought it would look creepy/badass was sorely wrong. It doesn't make vampires look undead and/or scary. It makes them look like they have a ton of pasty makeup on their skins. Particularly under brightly lit conditions. And if it was meant to look like the skin is translucent and the underlying structures can be seen, then they botched up that look too.

Why does body ink, scales and fur lose their color and become white? I guess I could understand if tattoos were affected a bit, but it makes zero sense for paint layers and makeup to also get the same treatment, particularly when some of said layers are affected and some are not. Armiger 'paint tattoos', I'm looking at you. Fix that damn texture issue and a lot of players will be really pleased.

What is up with the random veins all over? Whether you go with the 'starved vampires have no blood' or the 'starved vampires are full of bad poisoned evil concentrated vampire blood, they just look bad. I guess they were going for that Vampire Diaries veiny evil eyes look but they got it wrong when they a) decided to copy a lame look to begin with, b) decided the veins should be marshmallow pink, c) decided to paint them on the cheekbones only instead of around the eyes, and d) randomly applied them on the body. If you're gonna slap veins on a humanoid character at least try to make them anatomically accurate as opposed to randomly scattered.

So...what do YOU wish you could have as an alternate look for your vampire?

This would be great for stage 1- but I am not sure for all stages.

You know that's based on a tabletop RPG from the 90s, right? There's a bunch of stuff where that came from, just not much on PC.
