Crafting Jeweled Crowns (Jewelrycrafting)

I just remember the various jeweled crowns in Skrym. Should Crowns be craftable for a head slot with the profession of Jewelry crafting? (some news has been datamined). They could be in either light, medium or heavy (depending on the density of the crown and amount of materials used, etc.)
