8 Days Left on Flame Atronach Crown Crates?

That's what the crown store says in game now. Two questions:

1. When they end, does a new season start immediately? If so, has there been an announcement as to what they will be?
2. Has it been stated whether or not the level-up rewards that give crown crates will change with the season?

I have a level 48 character that I may hold off hitting 50 until the new season starts IF I will get the new crate. I made this character solely to get the level up rewards so he's getting deleted the day he hits 50 anyway. I'm in no rush.

Thanks, I hadn't seen it either.

Any word as to whether or not the level 50 Crown Crate reward will be from whatever crates are currently being sold? I assume they won't always be Fire Atronach crates.

There will always be Crown Crates available. When one set stops being offered in the store, another set takes its place.

Get ready to spend some cash, those new Mounts that are coming look pretty darn popular. May RNGesus bless thee.

Thanks. I did a search for "crown crates level up reward" and a few other keywords and didn't see anything specifically indicating if the crates change with the season. Can you link this elusive post?

The level-up rewards will be for whatever the crown crates are that season. It wouldn't make any sense for them to be the flame atronach ones forever.

That news article isn't really clear, do I have to go and kill any monster or does it have to be a boss? Also, is it just one, or do I have to do it until it drops a ticket or something? Way to be vague, ZOS...

Instead of creating a new thread, why don't you change the Subject title to adjust the count down and place a marker post you show the timeline change? Keeps from duplicating efforts in multiple threads of the same subject.

It's really not explicit. It says "monsters, bosses, or even enemy NPCs". Monsters and bosses ARE enemy NPCs so separating them out is the source of my confusion. And your post does nothing to alleviate that confusion. All you've done is said "yes" to a question that was not a yes or no question. So thanks for that.

Also, you didn't answer my second question, do I just log in, plaster one, and log back out, or do I have to do it until I get a certain drop that says I did it? Again, not helpful saying "yes" to an either/or question.

you are overthinking it. like almost on purpose. stop that.

it sats "defeat any enemy creature" meaning one. not two or three. it mentions nothing about "certain drops", lol, just kill one mob. it is like you want to be confused.

just log in, kill a mob, log out. we have done this song and dance at least 3 or 4 times before.

I'm not sure what was confusing about the article at all but you only need to kill one anything (monster, boss, human NPC) each day. That's literally it. Log in, kill one thing each day from Fri-Sun and you will get 3 crown crates.

As for the 2nd part of your question, there is no "drop" as you put it that tells you you did it.

No, I want this to be spelled out so that there is no confusion. So if I get on my crafter and kill a rat, that counts and I can continue on my merry way crafting? Or do I have to get on my main and kill something significant? And you're right, it doesn't say anything about a drop, but ZOS wouldn't be the first developer to start an event like this and when it comes time for rewards, people ask "where's my stuff?" and they say "well there was a drop, you'd have seen it if you had participated lol". Leaving out part of the truth isn't exactly a lie so not false advertising, and it wouldn't be outrageous for a company to not hand out paid items.

So now I hope you can see why I want this whole thing spelled out so that I know the full terms and conditions. I'm not okay with giving companies the chance to later say "well, we never said it WOULDN'T work that way."

And you can confirm this through the structure of past events or you have some other proof that this is definitely true? Because you're not ZOS so for all I know, you're talking out your ass.

No, they answered "yes" to a question that wasn't a yes or no question. And the comments of "you're complicating things on purpose!" isn't needed because I want a legitimate answer. I've seen games screw players over due to the fine print that they didn't write, but didn't explicitly say couldn't happen. So I want to be absolutely certain of the terms before the screwing takes place.

Any creature that agros on any ONE of your characters counts for the account. Not so certain about npc's you steal from then agros on failed attempt or NPC you use Blade of Woe on.

I saw no 'yes' from that person. All I saw was them elaborating on ZOS' post by giving you a confirmed list of things that count, since you were unsure what counted as an enemy NPC.

If you needed some kind of drop or ticket, it would have said in ZOS' news article about it.

If they missed that part out, you could just kill a lion or bear or something and see if it drops a ticket. You could also ask in zone chat(s) and see what other players tell you.

Honestly I think you are just trying to create something out of nothing. It's pretty straight forward. Kill ANY enemy per day, get crates a few days later. Just as it says in the news article
