Style Conversions no longer work after newest update

I recently acquired an Inferno Staff of Cyrodiil's Light and am trying to convert it to the Imperial style like I have done many times in the past. However, it seems like it no longer works? Is this an issue that other people are having? I'm able to "buy" the style in an Outfit, but that's irrelevant to the fact that I should be able to just convert the staff specifically to the style I earned by purchasing the Collector's Edition. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Posting here because i can't in the Bug Report forum.

But why do I need to have an Outfit on to have the style for one specific piece of equipment? I do not want to use it as an Outfit, I want to completely change the style to Imperial like I was able to do without issue before...
