Release of Princely Dawnlight Palace??

Thought this would be dropped with the new patch...Then it didn't. Thought it'd be released with the Thieves Guild Anniversary since it's in Hew's Bane...Then it didn't. I'm out of potential new guesses. When is the next crown patch? When can I get this ridiculous house?!

Yes, i'm also interested in purchasing the bestpalace in this game. Waiting for it for too long....
And it would be really good to have an ingame option of PRE-ORDER such crown things

Ive been waiting for my chance to buy it as well! Stocked on crowns just waiting for them to let me have it! Havent heard any updates, I posted about it a couple of weeks ago.

It will almost certainly be in the April. They have already showed the Kvatch Dark Brotherhood sanctaury for March release in the crownstore showcase so its logical to say April for the Dawnlight Palace- basically one house released per month

Probably May.
1) Anniversary Jubilee event is in April, and Coldharbor plot says it will be released in conjunction with that. So that's April gone.
2) The Thieves Guild DLC anniversary is March, and Dark Brotherhood DLC is late May/early June (depending on platform).
3) For whatever reason, they released Erstwhile Sanctuary in March with the Thieves Guild anniversary (even though it's Dark Brotherhood themed). So that's March gone.
4) So they'll probably release Dawnlight Palace in May with the Dark Brotherhood anniversary (even though it's Thieves Guild themed). Because, you know, logical decisions are a strong point around here.

If that's the only way the fountains are going to make it on the live servers, I won't buy the house:

Tried it again and again, but the interior well without fountains looks just boring. I'm really disappointed about this extremely limiting kind of marketing.

@ZOS_GinaBruno pre-orders aren't a bad idea... maybe.

Why don't we open up a mortgage for these purchases... rather not see anything that will encourage them to maintain increasingly higher prices for these products. I see pre-orders as driving the hype that will do just that.

I have an idea for a home I’ve really wanted to make, but will pretty much need this place to make it happen....

If there’s a crown sale I might purchase this. If not no way.

The only problem is that 700 items would probably make a couple of the smaller (but still huge) rooms look like home, while the rest of the place would look deserted. In fact, you could probably put 700 items in the main "throne" room, and it would still look like somebody was in the process of moving in (or out).
