Should non eso plus players be slugged with a small fee, to help fix the server problems. The server needs more resources it seems, and this is a way to acquire it.

This is wrong on many different levels. Not the least of which is the fact that you're trying to throw other people's money at the problem with no idea what the problem really is or how to really fix it. Just like a politician.

It is a bad idea. many try PvP only to find they don't like it/or they love it and stick with it. locking it behind a paywall will mean people never try it. Perhaps only look to the toxic feedback sources and thus never step foot into the area.
and lets not forget everyone that does it just to unlock the skills…..Ummm stuff… about stuff…or something.9 -

✭This is by far the most idiotic poll I have ever seen. People ALREADY had to BUY the game. The game only has FUTURE content released as sellable. Including BG. You can't just slap a price tag on something as basic as PvP in a game that has had it as a function for over 4 years.

House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis2 -
