I was making my way to my organized pvp group, zerg, when i stumbled upon one of those random 100k+ hp minibosses. This is the necromancer between nickel and brindle abouts....
and i was fighting him and my wizard's riposte procced on him...
so what gives? npcs in cyro can crit? but not outside?

✭It could be similar to how proc sets work now where they can still crit but don't deal any extra damage. Alternatively it could just be one of the rare instances when an npc is glitched and can crit.0 -

i would imagine this, its like shields you cant crit dmg them but you can have things proc from a crit on them. so the game still know when you would have crit. and i would imagine just because u can reduce their crit dmg doesnt acutally mean they will do it. but idk ive never worn that setEdited by magictucktuck on March 4, 2018 6:08PM1
