I voted exploiters but I would personally add Exploiters, Cheaters/Scammers and Bots into the same kind of area.
I remember when I got into MMO game (15 years ago or something) and it was agreed in most communities that any kind of cheating, exploiting or botting was bad and should be stoop up against.
However now we're in a weird time where people cheat and others will defend them because it's the fault of the games developer for not foreseeing the bug. It makes me a angry and sad that it's what the gaming community is like now.
The delete limited was added because of the cold harbour rewards issue, where gold selling groups (or players) could make multiple characters, do a quest then delete and restart multiple times for very good gold income.Thevampirenight wrote: »I voted exploiters but I would personally add Exploiters, Cheaters/Scammers and Bots into the same kind of area.

I am happy bots no longer zone chat spam. What I like about Elder Scrolls Online is they fixed that problem. Even though the delete limit can be annoying when wanting to open up a character slot. Having it in place keeps the bot spammers out.
it was the right choice and I'm glad they did it and it really fixed alot of the problem driving the spammers out. Not sure how it is on console version it might have gold spammers. But as far as I know they don't advertise in Pc NA not since the delete limit was added. Which is a very good thingThe delete limited was added because of the cold harbour rewards issue, where gold selling groups (or players) could make multiple characters, do a quest then delete and restart multiple times for very good gold income.Thevampirenight wrote: »I voted exploiters but I would personally add Exploiters, Cheaters/Scammers and Bots into the same kind of area.

Botting is still very rampant in ESO if you know which zones to look in, whilst I do believe ZOS follows up on reports it's still not seemly enough to keep them out of the game or even slow them down. Worse are the players who buy gold and continue to give these people reasons to bot within the game.
