Werewolf/outfit system conflict

Seems sometimes I go into werewolf form and seconds later my I change back into my outfit. It swings the sword and uses my normal abilities like I wasn't in werewolf form. Try to swap bars and says you can't do that in werewolf form. It loses werewolf abilities. I have cancel the ultimate to use swap weapon bars. It shows the animation as if I am coming out of werewolf form.
