Ayleid wells bug

Last night I double checked my suspicion that the ayleid wells were not showing up active as usual. I can confirm I did get the Ayleid well buff once two days ago and it worked as intended giving 30 minutes of health. However all the wells blue lights were gone after that and never came back. I went last night to the most hidden wells west of cyrodiil and checked and there was no buff available. I checked for hours and the blue light never showed up. I left my character next to one of the hidden ones on the west side noone ever gets and when I spawned they were still gone after 5 hours. I believe there is a bug with the blue light for buff being innactive for way longer than intended, before the patch I could go around and get them again.
