Before I go through the effort of using a character to get this that I dont want it on, when you finish the quest line for the personality does it unlock for all characters on your account or only the one that completes the quest?

    Everything in the Collections menu is account-wide.

    There are occasionally items that only certain characters can use, like hairstyles that are only for certain races, but nothing that's only for the character that unlocked it.

    good, I can unlock it on my higher level nightblade and see if it looks decent on him, but if not I can go ahead and use it on the new character i'm leveling.
