Problems breaking free this patch

I'm waiting for a video that showcases how much it costs to break free if you have an Increase stam poison on you. I'm going to say 7k 5.5 Stam in you have cp invested.

So here's what I've figured out:
Base cost is 5,400 without CP or medium armor
I've heard from reliable sources poisons increase the cost
New cost is 7,020, ugh!

Not just cc/snare break-free issue, but also skills misfiring/delays, weapon swapping issues, slowed movement, resource draining, on and on, etc., yadda, yadda. I'm pretty much dead when hit by Fear or other stun/cc/snare, even though I have plenty of stam on the bar to break-free, but it doesn't. It's very prevalent on PS4, but I'm certain same for all platforms. Damn broken PvP combat mechanics..

@Waffennacht interesting. Im not looking at my stats, but I know ive been at or around full stam on my sorc but again, away from my pc.

If so, i might put enough cp for a 10% reduce, go amberplasm or shakle, and run tri glyphs on big pieces. But im atill wondering if its misfiring like other abilities.

@GreenhaloX ive had problems with misfiring quite a bit as well

Any update for that problem? Yesterday it was very worse in PVP. No break free is working. After a fear of a NB, the game don't react for 4 sec. I always run around like a crays chicken. I have checked my recorded video. I have over 15K stam and nothing is happen. Very frustating at the moment the current state of combat.

Break free is still a problem. Along with other problems listed. I have a "great" feeling about this.

Xbox EU Got stunned in volenfall usually no problem to break free, no response today feed when boss died

I had the strangest encounter with a Dizzying Swing the other day... I got hit with it, and got knocked up into the air... in slow motion, couldn't break the stun, and then fell back to the ground in slow motion, all the while the guy who had stunned me was free to damage me. I finally broke the stun, but my character just stood back up like if you hadn't. I haven't ever had that happen before with this ability, and haven't had it happen since, so I don't know what exactly went on for that to occur, but it was... strange lol.

In other news, my Dawnbreaker has been having all kinds of issues. I'll hit the button, and it won't go off. I'll hit the button, get charged the Ult points, but nothing happens, like no animation or nothing. Then, sometimes, I will hit it, my dude DOES do the animation, drops the DB right on someones face who is standing still, but it misses (And, like, not a miss where its says in floating Text Miss, I have that happen sometimes, but it tells me when that happens, and I think that is game mechanic? Maybe, don't know), it just straight up fails to connect, like the game doesn't realize the ult went off on the people or something. This has been occurring often, though not every time, and can be a little annoying, I guess.

Not sure if anyone else has had issues like this or not, but figured I'd throw this up here.

Also when casting Retreating Maneuvers (Speed) it fires and nothing happens...yet the timer is running...and no speed.

Typically when others are around you. I've been wondering if I'm the only one that didn't get it...the caster
