Golden Banana

Ever since I knew you could craft bananas I been wanting to make a golden banana hoard. So today I spent 1 hour killing monkeys at Monkey's Rest (More like Monkey's Rest in Peace hah!) and collected around 400 bananas. So I bought a bunch of flour, nickel and decorative wax. With these and my collected bananas, I made 79 wax bananas(was short on flour).

So my goal was:

But with my 79 bananas here it is:

And for fun here's the one hour of me killing monkeys:

Yeah I agree, it was the flour that was the main thing preventing me from more. It took 1,580 flour for these 79 wax bananas while only 316 bananas. Now if I could slaughter pillsbury doughboys for about 5 hours then we'd be in business. haha

You can take something yellow like the AD foward camp and sink it into the ground then sprend out the bananas that way it will look more like a pile and use a fraction of the needed items.

Hey thanks for the tip! I doubt I'm the rank that can get one, but I'll check it out!

The sad part is even if you repeated that exercise every day for a week you'd run out of housing slots before you got a truly respectable banana pile. :(

I'll add my vote for 'find some big objects that are yellow and scatter a few bananas over the top to fake it.'

You could also use the Aldmeri Dominion shield, and Tanzelwill stone for foundations for your banana tower:

    8WlNi67.jpg

As for flour, don't know if it'd be the best use of time, but if you have multiple characters you can go to the building with the luxury furniture vendor in the Hollow City, I always find flour sacks there.

Thank you! Those will help and can do it sooner than getting Prefect rank which is needed for the forward camp(only a captain). Also thanks also for the flour location, might still buy most but this location will help!

Chef Donolon's boats in Daggerfall or Vulkhel Guard are the better options, as they contain multiple bags of free flour as well as some other provisioning ingredients.
Davon's Watch has fewer bags and you have to jump off the pier into boat so it's less ideal to grind.

Thank you both! I am glad! I might make another one soon in another house with the suggestions I got from this forum. But might work on earning more achievements first.

@Ozstryker Yes, and most of the other random bits of fruit, meat, and bread you see lying around in the game. The housing versions are not lootable though (for obvious reasons).
