Healing skills not functioning properly on templar

Hello,
I'm a templar healer CP 220+ playing on eu server (PC).

Since the 02/27, i'm having troubles playing my healer.
Randomly, any healing skills I use don't work. I mean my character is casting, the target got the animation but his life doesnt go up. The bug seems to effect around a minute.
I firstly noticed it during a veteran direfrost keep run. But its happening out of combat and everywhere, even when I'm not on group.
None of my skills work, as breath of life, healing prayer, even the ultimate.

I'm in a dire situation since I can't go in vet runs . as of today the bug is still in action.

    Same here. After the small patch on Monday the 26th of February the Templar is all screwed up. Puncturing Sweeps is broken on Magicka version, Jabs is broken on Stamina version, Healing is broken. Not only that the patch introduced a ton of bugs such as invisible walls where door openings are and players flying through the air in slow motion.

    ZOS has not made a single announcement about the disaster they implemented this past Monday. There is a video just posted in another thread of the invisible door and flying player and the player uninstalling ESO because of these massive bugs.

    same. My templar healer is a damage dealer as well... with Puncturing Sweep in rotation, so... yeah... (

    We've been noticing this bug with our guildies too. In one of our first dungeon with guildies after the latest patch as a healer in White Gold Tower I started freaking out when I saw our tank taking so much damages and not being able to heal him. I emptied my magicka pool spamming breath of Life / Combat prayer trying to heal him but nothing happened, he was still loosing health and close to death...

    We've been doing some digging about it with our guildies and noticed a few things:

    everyone was seeing it
    when someone's health was dropping there was no way to heal him back for a random time (a few secs or a minute), whatever the class / skill used
    that non healing bug seems to be random, it can occur to anyone, anytime, or no one, not once in a dungeon.

    After more digging, it appeared that it's not a "non healing" bug. It's more of an interface bug (sorry english is not my mother tong, don't know how to say that). Healings are effectives, but we don't see em. It looks like the game don't notice to us that the person was healed and is stuck at some point where the health of a player was.

    For exemple:
    tank health's went down to 19%. I'm sending ONE breath of life, no other heal from the group or the tank was sent after that. Health keep staying at 19% after BoL, and in the second right after that tank is taking one of those red circles that should have killed him at 19% health, except it dit not, he was still alive and taking some more slaps from the boss.

    We did many experiences this way and it was pretty clear that healing was working, but not showing.

    This is a dangerous bug for group content, we need serious investigation from ZoS about it

    Thank you Laenendil for your sharing. As today the bug is still effective but thanks to you i can feel more confident about doing vet again.

    Still no news from Zenimax tho, would be nice to have some recognition.

    I've also noticed health desync on my team mates (healer) where they appear not healed to me, but are in fact, healed.

    In Cyro (Vivec / PC / EU) while healing friendly targets I cant even heal, I get the message "Target is immune", using healing springs or BoL, both say the same. My targets were not in any special circumstance like mistform. After a few minutes it worked again properly, then it started again....Randomly switching between working and not.
    Ppl die a lot under my hands, pissed of course, and I dont understand. Started after last patch.
    PC - EU
    Primary: PvP: magSorc, magNB, PvE: DK Tank, Templar Heal
    Secondary: PvP: magDK, Templar, PvE: Warden something

    I have often noticed this bug and I can indeed confirm that it is a UI bug. You can see the healing numbers and everything when the allies do take damage, but their health bars (which are part of the game's UI) are the ones that are bugged. I am not sure what causes this bug to occur, but I have a few theories:
    -taking damage and receiving a burst healing effect (such as breath of life) at the same time could be causing it.
    -the game and the server sync is sometimes messed up and causes UI bugs such as this one.
    -taking almost lethal damage followed by a (burst or not) heal immediately afterwards.
    -the most likely one i have: a damaging effect that brings your character (or an ally) to 0 hp (or close to that, though probably 0).

    All of those could be very wrong as the bug is extremely inconsistent and despite my tests, I have been unable to reproduce it on purpose (it only seems to occur randomly in both PvE and PvP).

    This bug has been around for a long time, but ever since U17, it seems to be occuring more often than before.

    As stated, if you pay attention to the HP of your allies (the number, not percentage), you will notice that they were actually at full HP so there was nothing to heal. If they would've required healing, you would've seen the green numbers indicating that healing was applied.

    Long story short: I can confirm that this is not a healing bug, just an old UI one that is more frequent nowadays.
