Varla Stone Light Effect Still Visible After Removal

Just ran into this issue today while I put a Varla Stone, Glowing (blue one that I bought from the luxury vendor) inside the well in my garden. Since the light of the stone is blue, I thought it might give a water effect.
Then I did not like the it, it was too bright and removed the stone. However, the lighting effect is still there inside the well even tho the stone has been removed.
