Doors from Fang Lair as usable furnishing

Hello,
if you've been in Fang Lair already, you most likely noticed usable doors troughout the dugeon which just open after using and do not cause loading screen.

I thought it would be a great furnishing option. I am sure that I am not only one who would like to have usable doors in my house.

What do you think?

as only strident springs and a few others has doorways, ........
most other honmes don´t have rooms, they are actually not homes, that are just huts, some larger, some smaller.

Would be cool if the doors in houses would function like that yeah. Isn't a garden and the actual house the same type of instance? I've bought Mistveil Keep just south of Riften, it's a really cool house that I intend to turn into a bar. So it would be really nice if there wasn't a loading screen between the inside of the house and the large balcony.
Could a dev shed some light on whether or not that's possible? If there are practical reasons for it being a bad idea, so be it, but it would be cool to know.
