Endlesshail moving bug still a thing in vAS

So When the DB patch cam elive on th efiorst week, there was the bug that when you cast endless hail, or caltrops you werent able to move until you recast them.
they said they fixed it with a later patch, however it ocasionnaly still hapens.
Yesterday we did a vAS +1 run for weekly, and I played my stam DK, and sure enough i couldnt move twice, after i swapped to bowbar and instantly cast Endless Hail.

Nox_Noir✭✭✭✭Can confirm, but it happened to me in vHof yesterday on Stamsorc after casting endless hail or caltrops.
