Stamina drain when in sneak and when not move at all! watch video zenimax

this bug needs fixed immediate please.

immediately knew this video and thread was about stamina drain from not moving. so those saying they no understand ... i have no idea how you could not know what this video and thread are about.

and as far as those talking bad about stealth,
sneak, rogue style, assassin class "nightblade" class in sneak is what we do, we sneak, and we wait for ambush.
people calling it "creepy" really need to learn what stealth is all about before trying to insult us for doing exactly what our class is suppose to do.

sometimes when im in battlegrounds I see all the stam I got through regen disappear (last for about 10 seconds at a time) even though I clearly have no buffs, or debuffs other than drink, mundus battleroar and eso plus...... reallly annoying. ill try to record next time. pls fix zos
