If I renew my 180 days eso+,can I then buy it again and I'm a member for a year ?
Also would I get all the crowns at once or not ,9k+9k ?
If you do it via ESO's account page it will just sit and wait to do the renewal until your current period expires. Your second batch of 9K crowns would come when the renewal time comes up. I am not sure if it is different for doing it via Steam or console, but would assume it would be the same.
On console I believe you can order one and receive all crowns, then after that is complete, order again and extend for another 6 months and receive all crowns. I was able to purchase an additional "plus" 3 and 6 months before it expired and received but did not purchase on the same day.
I wouldn't buy them both at the same time and apply. Buy, log in, see it applied, log out, buy second. If second doesn't apply then you most likely will not be able to buy the second. I would wait 1 day, week or month before attempting to buy again. Should apply.
I tried looking for my subscription expiration date in console but could not find. On my PC account, it is in your eso web account and shows expiration and renewal options for subscriptions.

It's real annoying on PC accounts that a order is not processed right then but waits until a subscription runs out to process.
I use a debit card and when I have the money loaded in ready I want it to process it then. This way I do not have to keep up on when a floating payment will be processed. It's the same reason I stopped using personal checks.
