Endless Fury breaking cloak

Out of all the annoying things that break cloak this is one that should not as far as I know. Curse is already annoying enough but if people are spamming endless fury (while at full health) I've seen it bring people out of cloak when trying to escape. @ZOS_RichLambert
I believe this is due to the skill counting as an AoE in some ways
