DK Unrelenting Grip having a weird bug/issue PS4 EU

When using the DK chain, it does some strange thing where it grabs the enemy, stuns them and moves them a little bit closer, but then they just go back to their original position. After that, a few seconds later they get zoomed into the dk as if the effects of the chain worked. Sometimes they don't zoom in at all, the enemy is chain able, not having a cc nor is the magika recovered from Unrelenting Grip.
This is much harder to explain than to see, but I do not record my gameplay. I have asked others if they are seeing the same effect and they are.
