My ESO Plus Membership did not automatically renew, so one day I logged in and it showed that my account membership was inactive. I figured that there was an issue with it renewing and that I wouldn't be charged since it was inactive. I decided to purchase ESO Plus again, and as it turns out the previous automatic renewal kicked in, and now I've been charged twice. This happen to anyone else?
I went through the customer support options on the ESO Plus website, and it is telling me I have to contact Microsoft. Does that sound correct? Any help appreciated - thanks.
