can confirm Puncturing Sweep bug (animation stuck), especially anoying with high ping, this skill is unplayable. And Breath of Life - this one sometimes just doesn't heal at all.

I've encountered several new issues following this morning's maintenance. These include:
- Animation Sticking - When attempting to follow up an ability like Puncturing Sweeps with a light attack, the "spear" from sweeps remain in my character's hands while the light attack animation goes off. No damage is done by this light attack.
- Ability not Activating - abilities are sometimes not activating upon key press and multiple key presses are needed.
- Stuck in pose - randomly my character will be stuck in the LA/HA pose after using an ability.
- Lag/slow responsiveness - despite showing 100-120 ping and 80 fps, the game is slow to display input commands (moving, ability activation, potion use, etc).
- Ability lag/ability rubber-banding - while this was always an issue, it is more prevalent now. Frequently, when executing my "rotation," multiple abilities will not activate immediately. Then about
2-3 seconds after the first was activated, they'll go off in a "rapid-fire" manner.

I noticed significant general lags, and specifically, on my templar I couldn't get Biting jabs to activate maybe 30-40% of the time.
FWIW, I have seen this happen with my Imperial Templar (Stamina build, such as it is) using One-Hand-And-Shield (i.e., armed with a sword and shield). Puncturing Sweeps replaces his sword with an Aedric Spear, and the Spear remains in his hands too long after the attack with it ends. I've observed the same thing. Things I've noticed:
1. Enemy NPCs dying after a small delay, just like a few patches ago.
2. Skills not casting; I don't mean when there is lag and a skill doesn't go off, I mean specific skills refusing to cast after repeated button presses, whereas other skills would go off normally. In the case of elemental drain the skill wouldn't even ''light up'' in the bar when facing the enemy (within its range), and could not be cast for several seconds. This happened in dungeons, when there weren't any lag spikes, and it's happened so often after the last maintainance that something feels off.
