Question about Golden Vendor PC vs Console

I know they have different items but does console run like lets say 2 or 3 weeks behind the PC with the same exact items. As in what was with the GV this weekend with PC will be on console in 3 weeks? Didnt know if it worked like that or if its just random? Thanks

I'm 99% sure that console only trails behind during updates. Once consoles get Dragon Bone, the vendors will be the same again.
