Major savagery/sorcery bug is back.

Tonight I went into vhrc with guildies and afterwards I looked over my parse and I noticed major savagery was only up 60 percent of the time were all my other potion buffs are up 100percent. Only thing that could explain this is the old savagery bug. I'm about to head to bed but could anyone add more insight or confirm/deny this.
