Nightblade's executioner passive

Hi. I realized that the executioner passive from Nightblade doesn't work so I searched it up. People tested it and proved that if the assassination abilitiy kills the enemy u won't recover resources but if u hit an enemy with an assassination ability and it dies within 2 seconds it will. It's been arouns for quite some time and is a bit annoying in PVE as I always use killer's blade. Please fix this ZOS.

    please keep an eye on this thread, and check/post weekly to see if it's been ninja-fixed in the patch :D might have the side effect of keeping it in view in the bug forum.

    I think it's been around since they changed it to be more useful to tanks, but any skill that could activate it costs more resources than you would gain so... that's before you include the timing, a 'nearly corpse' requirement and the damage has to be from assassination tree. It could probably use a bit of a review too (like the very cool repentance) to make it more useful to non DPS NB. The tried, which was what i think broke it, but the 'cost' in casting means the slot is better used elsewhere.

    Executioner: This passive ability no longer requires you to get the killing blow with an Assassination ability to trigger its resource return; it now has a 2-second grace period after damaging the enemy with an Assassination ability where it can still trigger the proc. It also now restores either Magicka or Stamina, whichever you have a higher maximum of, and restores that resource instantly instead of over 6 seconds.

    This passive ability will be more useful for tanks who weren’t able to get killing blows, and stamina Nightblades who can now get stamina. It also makes the proc more reliable in multiplayer situation where multiple players attacking the enemy.

    Whilst it is now more useful to tanks, it's still more useful to tanks to NOT try to proc it due to resources that are lost.

    ton of things could be done to make it useful for tanks, like proc from any damage done during that 2 sec period, proc from dodge, proc if you are hit by a taunted mob, but it needs balance. the original change to siphoning was too heavy handed (in the case of NB tanks) and the above did not help as much as it's needed. But any change should not help NB DD (too much) as they seem to be in an OK place, comparatively. Even if I only use 3 NB class skills on my stamblade...
