Javelin Quiver(New Off-Hand Weapon?)

The Marauder Mobs use a Sword with a quiver of Javelins. Is this a new Weapon Type or Quiver Style?

Does anyone recall seeing this before the Clockwork Update because I don't? Now I see them everywhere!

Those were added on to enemies since Orsinium. They're just cosmetics and unavailable to players.

Sad. Spear-chucking would make a nice update to the bow line. My arrows already multiply in the air, why not javelins?

And I still want my TES III: Morrowind spears back.

I played a permared PvP Thrown Weapons character with the most upgraded MMO weapon that's ever existed, a pink atlatl, in Asheron's Call. TW was the most ridiculously underpowered class in comparison to other classes ever to exist in an MMO. Great PvP fun. "You die from Orb of Bunny Booty's thrown Pumpkin!"

NPCs in Cyrodil also have javelin quivers.
