Reset skills now poison inject is back to base skill

Xbox NA. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me on two separate characters now. I reset my skill points, and poison injection specifically, goes back to it's unmorphed form. This is really frustrating. Anyone else have this issue?

The same thing happened to my husband about a week ago. Poison injection was the only skill for him that was set back to unmorphed level 1 0 experience.

So the thing it might be is that Poison Injection got moved to a later unlocking skill several major patches ago (maybe Morrowind?), so the amount of exp needed to unlock the morph is higher. That it's still doing that now seems absurd but that might be why.

This is intended. It was done years ago when they moved the skill from the first skill in the bow line. Just level it back up.

it still happens even if you made your character after the change?

No, only to characters before the change

Poison Arrow used to take less than 10k xp to morph. Now it takes around 300k.

When you morph it, it’ll go straight to Rank 4 of Poison Injection, as you did gain that XP.
