I looked again today and noticed they are selling Swarm Mother's again. They sold it Jan 26th, Jan 5th (as giant spider), and Nov 17th.

Do the devs just pull items out of a jar? Darts on a piece of paper? There doesn't seem to be any kind of meaningful rotation.

Just trying to get a helm from a dungeon that I have not been able to successfully PUG yet (Ruins of Mazztun). Seems harder to pug this dungeon than some of the even later DLCs.

According to http://benevolentbowd.ca/games/esotu/esotu-chronicle-of-alliance-point-vendor-items/

The helm was last on sale in September of 2016.

Yeah, I know the helm isn't that great, its just an eye poking gap in my collection.

Course it took me months before I finally got a PUG that could do the mechanics in ICP or COS. Seems to be as much RNG in this as the items themselves.

It’s 100% rng, no logic involved.

They have a mutant that is somehow psychically linked to me. This mutant tells them what I want or need and they put something else in the Golden Vendor. They do the same thing when I am looking for jewelry in dungeons.
and then the parrot said, "must be the water mines green too."

Just a very odd thing added to the game.

Lots of future potential but for some of us....it’s meh. Others it’s a big exciting ...wait and see each week

And here I thought it was tuned to me....weird
Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.
    ***
Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis
