FIXED: Stuck at Requesting Login Screen

Since Monday (Feb 19) I've been unable to log in to the game. It starts up, and I get the "Requesting Login" message until I quit. I've let it run for up to 20 minutes or so with no change.
It was working fine on Sunday....been no changes to my computer between then.

I don't see any system reports that this is common right now.
Any one have suggestions?

Mac/Steam user.
version: eso.live.3.3.5.1558582

I haven't tried on MAC in a few weeks, but check for an update to steam in the app. Then run a repair on the launcher. Then try connecting.

Obviously for Macs you don't "run as administrator"..the repair option is just there).
