The collectibles/crown crate are once per account but you get all the rest per character.

As far as i understood you can still pick the other collectible with the next leveled character if more then one choice is given
(pet (2 choices) and costumes (3 choices) and thus you haven't unlocked it yet for your account. Crown crates are 1 time only, so a total of 3 crates per account if you level a character to 50.

I really enjoyed the way the level up rewards introduce new players to the benefits of food/drink. I didn't find out about that until I was already in Champion Points and wow did it make my life easier.

AGreed it makes the whole thing feel a lot less grindy. I couldn’t muster the resolve to level anwarden since it’s release but the new leveling rewards have made it much nicer. The experience scrolls are great. Oh and nice idea to give pvp siege boxes too. New players never have any siege with them, hopefully this helps

I got a crown crate last night on my DK. I got the camel mount out of it. It was great.

Nothing is retroactive. I level 45 character won't get anything that was given out for 1-44.
But your new toon would get the collectibles/crates as you leveled him.

Nice. Now I can get to finishing that alt without worrying that my next character would get screwed out of lower level rewards the first alt never got a chance to claim.

I just created my first (non-mule) alt and am enjoying the leveling rewards. The items are actually useful and introduce players to some things they may not have been aware of (like food).

I did find it funny that the leveling advisor was telling me that a lot of my skill choices are not advisable, guess they're trying to reduce the number of gimpy hybrids running around.

really enjoyed it on pts, so i made a new character and ran her through the ranks last week.

i didn't follow the skill advisor, though. crystal blast is a no.
