✭I've never seen heavy armor excluded from a duel competition. How come? Troll king definitely carries farther than heavy armor, bar 1 or 2 sets. Why not just exclude those sets?2 -

I meant if you're constantly spamming and stacking shields, you're resources will be affected greatly. Point is someone in light needs shields. They also need tripots or or decent stam management because by the fourth CC they won't be breaking it.
Sure I've used heavy. I try all facets theory crafting, but if you look at most of my builds I'm in LA or MA with the MagDK exception - of which I've even changed.
Different strokes, and I encourage everyone to use what makes them happy (outside of this tourney) but the HA, SnB, 30k hp craze has slowed pvp to a halt in my opinion.
I don't agree wearing HA deems higher WD than in medium. Or that a Magplar in reactive and riposte can face tank ten people endlessly. But that's just my opinion. Rewind pre-IC and HA in pvp wasn't even mentioned.I miss that.
I've adapted and come to terms that solo open world will now mainly consist of fighting insanely large groups that don't die nearly as fast while you're pressured by desynced snipes, soul assaults, ult dumps and people repeatedly rotating LA for poisons and CCs such a frost clench. This is all coupled with a pop locked server where everything hiccups on a 2 sec delay when mistakes being solo cannot be made. I do it to myself, I know, but the X is so worth the squeeze!1 -

l337-Zerk was the winner. He played with a Magblade. Dude’s a straight up god, he kited his opponents around his Shade in all the fights so his opponents were barely able to hit him. Hatoreehanzo✭✭✭Clarification. Zerk does not use shade. His setup was 5 torug, 5 lich, 2 engine; however what is correct is that's he's definitely one of the best magblades on PS4 na.

Zerk vs H3lium
Fight started out with H3lium prong huge pressure on Zerk. If anyone had seen him duel, they know his Magplar is an animal. After the first 1.5 minutes, Zerk learned the pace and started controlling the fight to bring in the win.
The fight could have definitely kept going, who knows for how long because both players are top tier.
Thank you to everyone who joined in or watched. I appreciate the support. This was my first tournament as host, so learning what I did you guys can expect more to come in the very near future.0 -

Not a single person wore TK. I have to put a limit on my limits somewhere. You can only ask for so much with other OP dueling sets such as Wizard's Riposte and Meridias for example. By the time I'd reduce this and that it'd be tough to see who's not using what.

My build for this tournament would be argonian- fortified brass+armor of truth back bar.
Its not impossible I guess but very limiting for certain classes.

Hatoreehanzo✭✭✭People get caught up on D. Personally I don't care for fortified. You give up such much dmg/sustain. Instead I'd do something like bloodspawn, bonepirate, senche, and asylum 2h. SnB+2H. Running D and constantly having pressure on you will only let you last for so long. Plus you'll never kill a proficient mag/shield class with that setup.0
